Always Available
We are available to help 7 days a week to help our owners and guests.
Complete Management
We can arrange cleaners, gardeners, property styling, linen hire, maintenance and house preparation and organisation house supplies.
Guest Management
No instant Bookings, guest selection, move out reports upon departure, meet and greet upon arrival if required, house cleaning and prep and welcome gift.
Upon arrival at any Seachange Holiday Rental you will be walking into a freshly cleaned home, there will be a cleaning checklist located on the fridge to complete upon departure for prompt bond refund.
Bond
The security bond is held by Seachange Holiday Rentals or the booking agent and will be refunded within 3 business days.
Any damages or breakages must be reported to Seachange Holiday Rentals and will be deducted from the bond.

Surrounded by the coast, there are so many things to do like watersports, sailing, fishing, taking the ferry from Sorrento to Queenscliff and more.
